Notice

The City of Parsons will change the colors of outdoor lights to orange on the Parsons Municipal Building and the Carnegie Arts Center to help show support for highway workers and raise awareness on the importance of work zone safety. Other buildings that have participated include the Statehouse, the Governor's Mansion, Topeka City Hall, Evergy Plaza on downtown Topeka and the Travel Information Center near Goodland.
