The Municipal Building which houses the auditorium also contains additional space available for workshops, meetings, or other activities held in conjunction with, or separate of auditorium programs.

Seating
Three adjoining meeting rooms on the basement level can be used as one large room, with a total of 3,350 square feet of space, or separated by means of folding partitions. The center room is equipped with a small public address system, and the three rooms together can accommodate a total of 220 people comfortably. There is a full inventory of folding metal chairs and conference tables available.

Kitchen
A kitchen is located adjacent to the meetings rooms and is equipped with an commercial stove, refrigerator, steam table, ice machine, coffee makers, sinks, and serving area.

Reservations
The basement meeting rooms and kitchen are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Special consideration is given to events with standing monthly or annual reservations.  All reservations are considered tentative until 30 days prior to the reserved date, at which time they will be confirmed and any applicable fee or damage deposit posted.
