City Attorney
The city attorney prosecutes offenders in Municipal Court and provides counsel to the City Commission. The city attorney is the chief legal advisor to both the City Commission and the city manager. The city attorney meets with city commissioners on a regular basis and attends every city commission meeting.
 
City Prosecutor
The city attorney is also the city's prosecutor in Municipal Court matters. Parsons Municipal Court prosecutes misdemeanors and traffic citations that occur within city limits of Parsons. Unless otherwise posted, Municipal Court is in session every Wednesday except the first Wednesday of the month. Anyone wishing to meet with the city attorney to discuss their court case should contact the city attorney's office.

City Judge
The city judge handles all Municipal Court matters. Unless otherwise posted, Parsons Municipal Court is in session every Wednesday except the first Wednesday of the month.
