The fire department has been utilizing the Incident Management System for many years, and values its importance on large and small scale emergencies. Without the Incident Management System, there is a lack of organizational structure which affects coordination, and communication with other agencies in an emergency situation. The Parsons Fire Department will continue to train and prepare for emergencies which may occur in the City of Parsons.
