Records such as accident reports and public record offense reports may be obtained from the Department's Records Division, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM. A copy fee will be assessed depending on the number of records requested.

State Accident Reports - $8.00
Minor Accident Reports - $5.00
KBI Front Page - $5.00
(up to 5 pages, then $1 per page after)
MVR - $6.00
Finger Printing - $10.00
Color Photos (per page) - $5.00 |
